RAD 1802 - Radiographic Exposure 2 Credits This course is designed to give students a sound basis for formulating exposure techniques needed to obtain the most accurate radiographs for patient diagnosis. Factors affecting radiographic quality, including density, contrast, detail and distortion will be discussed as well as automatic exposure controls, technique charts, image receptors, beam restricting devices, grids, and screens.
Prerequisite: RAD 1303 , RAD 1404 , RAD 1502 . Typically Offered: Spring Semesters
