The Associate of Science Degree in Business is designed for students preparing to transfer to a 4-year institution to obtain a baccalaureate degree in the field of business. This degree is accepted at most 4-year public universities in Arkansas upon completion of the entire degree. Students pursuing this degree should contact the university where they plan to transfer to obtain the baccalaureate degree(s) aligned with the AS in Business. Courses prerequisite to another class require a minimum grade of “C” in order to advance to the next course.

The Associate of Science in Business is is accepted for transfer toward specified bachelor’s degrees at Arkansas State University at Jonesboro; Arkansas Tech University; Henderson State University; Southern Arkansas University at Magnolia; University of Arkansas at Fort Smith; University of Arkansas at Little Rock; University of Arkansas at Monticello; and University of Central Arkansas. Consult with an Advisor or the Division Chair to determine which of these two courses is required at the University to which you plan to transfer.
