ASSOCIATE OF SCIENCE

ASSOCIATE OF APPLIED SCIENCE TO BACHELOR’S (emphasis in Management & Leadership): START HERE / FINISH ONLINE

Students completing an Associate of Applied Science in a technical area at NPC can complete the Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) degree from UAFS online. Students that graduate with the BAS degree are prepared for management and leadership positions within industry, or for graduate school. Per the partnership agreement, UAFS will transfer 75 hours of lower-division coursework for the BAS. The UAFS BAS degree is also available as an on-campus option.

ASSOCIATE OF APPLIED SCIENCE

This Associate of Applied Science is designed for students seeking employment immediately upon graduation. Emphasis is placed on courses which enable the student to gain theoretical knowledge important for working in the chosen field.

START HERE / FINISH ONLINE: AAS COMPLETION PROGRAMS

National Park College provides the General Education courses for these AAS degrees.

TECHNICAL CERTIFICATES

The Technical Certificate is helpful in demonstrating to prospective employers that an individual possesses a certified working knowledge of matters directly connected to specific vocational skills involved in the job or career path involved, as well as a level of competency in communications and math.

CERTIFICATES OF PROFICIENCY

The Certificate of Proficiency is usually awarded as part of a Technical Certificate or Associate of Applied Science program as proof of skills in a specific technical/occupational area.
