Important Dates


Spring 2020

January 01      Spring online book orders begin. Please allow three (3) days to process orders.  https://bookstore.np.edu/ 
January 06 In-store textbooks sales begin (NPC Campus Bookstore - Student Commons Building)
January 10

***DROP FOR NONPAYMENT*** (Enrollment is not guaranteed if full payment has not been made or an e-cashier payment plan has not been set-up. Financial Aid must be complete, or an e-cashier payment plan must be set-up by 3:00 PM)

Prior to January 15

100% tuition/fees refund if dropping a Spring class (excluding non-refundable $50 administration fee)

January 15  Spring Classes begin
January 15 - 22

100% tuition/fee refund if dropping a Spring class, any UNUSED Meal Plan dollars will be removed (excluding non-refundable $50 administration fee, lab fees, and any other course specific non-refundable fees)

January 22

50% tuition/fee refund if dropping a Spring class (excluding non-refundable $50 administration fee and lab fees and any other course specific non-refundable fees and meal plan fees) 

February 06 Tuition Refund Checks mailed to those who dropped during refund periods
February 07

Last day for recipients of PELL, Loans, Scholarships, VA, ARS, WIOA, TAA, and any other Third Parties to charge in the Bookstore

February 27 CHECK RELEASE for students that have remaining Financial Aid (less tuition, fees, and bookstore charges) **MUST PROVIDE PHOTO ID TO PICK UP CHECK**
April 02

SPRING ONLY Loan borrowers receive second half of loan funds **MUST PROVIDE PHOTO ID TO PICK UP CHECK**

May 7 - 8; May 11 - 12 Spring 2020 Book Buyback - NPC Campus Bookstore - Student Commons Building (9:00AM-3:30PM) *Daily book buy back entire semester
