Career Pathways

The innovative Career Pathways Initiative program uses federal funds allocated to the state to provide education and job training to parents who fall within the financial guidelines. Arkansans get the credentials they need to obtain high-wage, high-demand employment by planning career paths toward future advancement. The program sees high success rates because it removes common barriers to success by providing wrap-around support such as tuition and fees, books, transportation support (gas stipends), childcare, course-related supplies, tutoring, resume building, and more.

In order to enroll in Career Pathways, you must qualify in two ways:

  • Have a child under 21 (with proof)
  • Meet the income requirements

For more information, contact the Career Pathways Intake Coordinator, Kay Monsey, at 501-760-4396 or complete a pre-application by visiting arpathways.com.
