PNP 1351 - Medical Surgical Nursing I

Explores end of life nursing, how to care for the patient and the family. Included, is the care of the patient with cancer. Concepts of this course will be continued in PNP 1447 - Medical Surgical Nursing II.

Prerequisites: PNP 1212 - Legal & Ethical Aspects, PNP 1225 - Anatomy And Physiology. Corequisite: PNP 1307 - Basic Concepts Of Nursing, and PNP 1331 - Gerontological Nursing I, and PNP 1364 - Clinical And Clinical Research I.
