SUR 1103 - Surgical Technology I3 Credits
This course is an introduction to the principles, procedures and techniques of surgical procedures with emphasis on surgical asepsis. This course introduces concepts of professional ethics, communication techniques, and legal requirements. This course is designed as content/theory only with no clinical component.
Prerequisites: Departmental approval.
