PE 1431 - Tai Chi1 Credits This course explores the traditional Chinese exercise of Tai Chi. It provides for the development of basic skills and techniques that lead toward an integration of the mind-body-spirit trilogy. Various Qigong fitness exercises in relation to health are explored. Overall, the physical discipline and structure of Tai Chi movements are emphasized. The level of difficulty is designed for the new student, providing a very complete type of bodily training.
