MATH 2273 - Basic Cncpts/Stats & Probability 3 Credits This course examines the basic concepts and methods of the statistics and probability which underlie the elementary and middle school curriculum. Statistics will be presented as a problem solving process involving question formation, data collection, data representation, data analysis, and interpretation of results. Discrete probability models will be studied using both mathematical approaches and simulations.
Prerequisite: LAD 9024 - Foundations of College Math 2 with a grade of “C” or better or placement test. Typically Offered: Upon Sufficient Student Demand
