MUS 2141 - Sight Singing/Ear Training IV 1 Credits
This course continues the development of advanced aural skills; the ability to listen and recognize harmonic and melodic structure in music and sight singing; the ability to read both melodic and rhythmic patterns in music at sight. Emphasis will be placed upon melodic and harmonic dictation, interval recognition and continued practice of sight reading examples. One credit hour per semester.
Prerequisite: MUS 2131 - Sight Singing/Ear Traing III .
Corequisite: MUS 2123 - Music Theory IV .
