Poultry Science is the study of all types of birds raised for food and feathers. A specialized area of animal science concerned with finding better ways of raising poultry, this degree concentrates on linking scientific and production areas. Courses include Anatomy & Physiology, Chemistry, Avian Biology and careers that focus on the application of course principles to modern production and management.
