NPC Faculty Mentor: Julian Post (Julian.Post@np.edu) 501.760.4215

This curriculum is designed for persons who plan to obtain an Associate of Science in STEM (AS-STEM) at National Park College (NPC) and transfer to the University of Arkansas (UA) to complete a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree. Students should be aware that prerequisite courses and/or developmental courses may need to be taken in addition to this suggested plan of study.

Additional UA admission requirements for this program:

  • The student must complete the requirements necessary for general admission to UA
  • The student will have earned the Associate of Science in STEM at NPC with a minimum 2.00 cumulative grade point average in general education courses.
  • All courses in the AS in STEM completed with a grade of ‘C’ or higher and required for the degree will be applied to the bachelor’s degree.
  • Degree program admission requirements will be determined in the same manner as if their initial enrollment had been at UA.
