About This Degree
Start Here / Finish There NPC Faculty Mentor: Carla Kelley (Carla.Kelley@np.edu) 501.760.4286 - This curriculum is designed for persons who plan to obtain an Associate of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences (AS-LAS) degree at National Park College (NPC) and transfer to the University of Central Arkansas (UCA) to complete a bachelor’s degree.
- Prerequisite courses and/or developmental courses may need to be taken in addition to this suggested plan of study.
UCA Transfer Admission information and policies - Applicants to the BS in Dietetics program must earn a “B” or higher in the Biology, Chemistry and Nutrition courses.
- Students must have a 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Students completing the Associate of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences degree, as outlined, will have satisfied the UCA Lower-Division Core. Upon successful completion to the application process, students will be eligible for admission to the BS in dietetics program.
