EMSP 1521 - Pharmacology II 1 Credits This course provides a continuation of the study of the properties, effects, and therapeutic value of the primary agents in the major drug categories. Upon completion, students should be able to place major drugs into correct therapeutic categories and identify indications, side effects, dosage and trade as well as generic names.
Prerequisite: EMSP 1515 Fundamentals of Paramedicine, EMSP 1512 Pharmacology I, EMSP 1511 ECG Interpretation, EMSP 1522 Practicum I, EMSP 2402 Anatomy & Physiology
Corequisite: EMSP1518 Advanced Paramedicine I, EMSP1523 Practicum II
