June 1, 2018
This semester-by-semester plan reflects the requirements to complete the Associate of Science in Liberal Arts & Sciences for transfer to Arkansas Tech University Bachelor of Science in either Event Management, Food Service Management, or Lodging Management. Each student’s experience will vary slightly, as this plan does not include developmental courses or transfer courses. Math and English placement will be based on the student’s Accuplacer or ACT scores.

This plan assumes the student is prepared to take the courses listed. If prerequisites or developmental courses are required they should be taken in the first semester, and additional semesters may be required to complete this degree. However, courses should be scheduled in the sequential order as shown here.

ATU Admissions Requirements
To be accepted for transfer into the ATU Hospitality Administration program with junior classification, students must have at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA and have earned a grade of “C” or higher in Composition I and II and in the General Education Mathematics course (College Algebra or Quantitative Literacy.)
